My recent visit to Nail Posh Studio was the most disappointing nail experience I have ever had. As a new customer, I had hoped for a skilled professional to provide a polished service, but unfortunately, that was not the case. While the technician was nice, she was rough on my nails, resulting in painful cuts. The nail tips were glued at an awkward angle, and despite my request for a fix, it was clear that the technician lacked experience. After enduring nearly two hours of discomfort, I paid for the service but will not be returning. It took three months for my nail to regrow after the damage caused, prompting me to share this review.
