My recent visit to Nail Posh Studio was the most disappointing nail experience I have ever had. As a new customer, I had hoped for a skilled professional to provide a polished service, but unfortunately, that was not the case. While the technician was nice, she was rough on my nails, resulting in painful cuts. The nail tips were glued at an awkward angle, and despite my request for a fix, it was clear that the technician lacked experience. After enduring nearly two hours of discomfort, I paid for the service but will not be returning. It took three months for my nail to regrow after the damage caused, prompting me to share this review.
I desired a gel manicure and a regular pedicure with non-matching colors. Unfortunately, the technician did not use a base coat and the utensils were not properly sanitized. When I inquired, I was informed that the machine was not functioning. This raised serious concerns for me. I used to enjoy this place in the past, but I will never return. The establishment requires better materials and the staff needs more training. There is only one machine for acrylic nails, and they keep sharing it among themselves. I came here to unwind, but instead, I left feeling stressed. I ended up only getting a pedicure and decided against the manicure.
I had a delightful manicure experience at Nails Posh Studio. The salon's serene ambiance immediately put me in a state of relaxation. The technician, Nelsi, was incredibly professional and courteous. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend a visit to this salon.
