This place is ridiculous. My mom took me here as a birthday present, we wanted the experience what they seen to offer, but environment and culture definitely not what we are used to in United States. Nice looks overall but it is so deceiving. Everyone is afraid of the one that looks like the boss, they try to be nice but you can tell they are under a big pressure, so sad. Even if things are not being done well they want to rush you and they keep doing what they are not told to add to your bill and I was so mistreated both times I went, I paid $120, which I don’t mind as long as there is a friendly environment out there or a job well done, neither of them was the case. It feels awkward and people around you seem to just want to ignore what is happening. What’s wrong people, speak up and don’t pay or support what’s not right. Very disappointed, this is not like us. I hope they treat each other better as the place has great potential but there is something fishy happening there. Not coming back unless I hear something different.
My daughter and I went the other day for mani / pedi's and dinner. I had Rony do both my manicure and pedicure. She did an amazing job, I felt very pampered, and I LOVED how much Rony tried to talk to me even though we had a language barrier. We fumbled and were successful and I loved every minute of my experience. Rony is very sweet and if you go in, I highly recommend you ask for her.
Callie is super sweet and does the best job on my nails literally every time. I get acrylics and no matter the length, shape, color schemes or design I ask for, she does a perfect job and they come out even better than I imagine. And they are very durable, lasting me at least a month - month 1/2 each set. She is very clean and precise and worth the wait when they are busy too.
