Won't be coming back for sure. Every visit brings different individuals with varying attitudes. A new person was rushing through my pedicure. My feet couldn't relax at all. My right foot barely got to enjoy the water for 5 seconds before being yanked out. Overall, rough handling of materials and treating my feet like a toy. I asked twice for a gentler approach... Did she comply? No. I've overlooked a lot about this place, like how my gel nails tend to come off within a week despite paying over $80. I let it slide. But my last visit was a definite NO RETURN.
Returning to share an update! If you recall my previous review on July 7th, you'd know my time here was not great. Shortly after posting, the owner of the establishment, Alex, reached out to me promptly, expressing deep concern.
