Won't be coming back for sure. Every visit brings different individuals with varying attitudes. A new person was rushing through my pedicure. My feet couldn't relax at all. My right foot barely got to enjoy the water for 5 seconds before being yanked out. Overall, rough handling of materials and treating my feet like a toy. I asked twice for a gentler approach... Did she comply? No. I've overlooked a lot about this place, like how my gel nails tend to come off within a week despite paying over $80. I let it slide. Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish. The team was incredibly welcoming, and I appreciated the added touch of complimentary beverages like coffee and iced tea. I've had my hair styled by Morgan twice now and I cannot articulate how fantastic she is!! She works wonders, I've never departed a salon feeling as thrilled about my hair as I do when I exit her salon. She is incredibly kind and just an exceptional individual. I adore my hair so much thanks to her. This place is ridiculous. My mom took me here as a birthday present, we wanted the experience what they seen to offer, but environment and culture definitely not what we are used to in United States. Nice looks overall but it is so deceiving. Everyone is afraid of the one that looks like the boss, they try to be nice but you can tell they are under a big pressure, so sad. Even if things are not being done well they want to rush you and they keep doing what they are not told to add to your bill and I was so mistreated both times I went, I paid $120, which I don’t mind as long as there is a friendly environment out there or a job well done, neither of them was the case. It feels awkward and people around you seem to just want to ignore what is happening. What’s wrong people, speak up and don’t pay or support what’s not right. Very disappointed, this is not like us. I hope they treat each other better as the place has great potential but there is something fishy happening there.
