A colleague suggested this place to me, but I wouldn't recommend it. I was surprised to learn that it operates by appointment only, and they charge an extra $5 just to make one - not a good business practice in my view. The no cell phone policy seemed unnecessary for a barbershop. The barber who cut my hair, a bald African American gentleman, kept taking breaks to chat with another barber who had a client as well, very unprofessional. My haircut was okay. They only accept cash and their ATM dispenses only even amounts like $20, $40, $60, etc. They did make customers sanitize their hands upon entry, which was a positive, but overall, it was my first and last visit to that establishment.
The ambiance here is fantastic! The barbers are truly exceptional, and the service they provide is flawless. Don't hesitate to schedule your appointment with Carlos, Sonny, or Lac - you'll be absolutely thrilled with the results!
Steer clear of this place, visited years back and it used to be a top-notch barber shop. Returned on leave recently and it's just not the same anymore. The barber was clueless, seeking advice on how to cut my hair from everyone around. Spent two hours there and ended up with a terribly botched haircut.
