Went in for a gel French manicure as a new client and was disappointed. The technician left a noticeable bump on one nail and initially didn't fix it until I pointed it out. I wasn't fully satisfied with the service but still tipped. The salon closed the next day due to weather. When I returned two days later to have my nails painted a single color, they demanded a $25 fee and refused to correct the mistake, stating I should have mentioned it earlier. Despite waiting 30-40 minutes as a walk-in, I couldn't stay longer.
