Brought my teenage daughter here numerous times, and we adore it!!! Jessica does an EXCEPTIONAL job on her nails. Thi also did a fantastic job on my nails! They are always so warm and welcoming, and we love bringing in nail design pictures as inspiration, and they always exceed our expectations!
I frequent this place and am always greeted by such kind, skilled individuals! Even on a busy Saturday, they seated me promptly. And the outcomes are consistently adorable!
I’ve been visiting this place for years. The individuals are incredibly kind and the rates are reasonable. Their pedicures are top-notch! Nonetheless, there appears to have been a significant amount of staff turnover and temporary workers within the past year. I've had a manicure twice. The first time, the technician abruptly trimmed my long, healthy nails to the quick. Cut them all off. Just began cutting without even inquiring about my preference. It took me about 6 months to gather the courage for a second manicure. The manicure itself was decent, however, within a day, the gel (not acrylic, not dip, but gel) popped off a nail. I returned and it was fixed, with additional repairs done to several other nails that were beginning to lift. It's now been two days since that second appointment, and six more gels have popped off from other fingers, while the rest have lifted at least halfway. Images of the current state of the manicure at five days post original service, three days after the repair, are attached. I'm extremely disappointed by the waste of time and money. I did not spend $37 for results that only lasted two days.
