If there were stars to subtract, I would rate this place as incredibly terrible. My nails are all uneven. I am going to dispute this charge with my bank. I informed them of my dissatisfaction. They ignored me and retreated to the back without returning. Keep your distance if you want to avoid a nail disaster.
They truly rescued me!!! I had a terrible nail job done elsewhere the day before my vacation... They managed to fit me in on the same day and fixed them in just 45 minutes. The result is so elegant and clean!!! I adore my nails. Lynn did an amazing job 💅...
I didn't notice my pinky was crooked until after I left. I called to have it corrected, but they claimed to be fully booked. Two weeks later, I tried to schedule a fill and was told they were fully booked again. I feel like they just don't want to serve me. I miss having Megan do my nails here. I wish she could return.
