I visited the salon for a trim and Dominican blowout, but my stylist was unavailable, so the owner attended to my hair. Unfortunately, the excessive flat ironing caused severe damage to the front section of my hair. The difference in the condition of my hair from March to now is evident, and it will take months of effort to restore its health. I advise against this salon for individuals with curly hair, especially those of Black or Hispanic descent, to prevent similar damage.
I entered the salon just before closing time as a spontaneous decision to shave my head due to chemotherapy. The staff welcomed me warmly, provided immediate service, and showed immense support throughout the process. The care I received was exceptional, and I left feeling beautiful and confident. I highly recommend this salon for their compassion and expertise.
In need of a last-minute haircut before my trip, Joann graciously accommodated me on a Monday. The haircut she provided was truly the best I've had in years! I deeply appreciate her skill and attention to detail. Thank you, Joann, for the fantastic service!
