The most dreadful experience I've ever had at a nail salon. We had an appointment at 11 and were essentially ignored until we inquired. The communication only deteriorated from there. The person doing my nails was constantly on the phone making appointments or chatting with the coworker beside him. He never engaged with me directly, gave curt instructions, and seemed irritated when I didn't understand. There was no hand massage, only two coats of polish, and no top coat. This was the worst manicure I've ever received.
Excellent service, friendly technicians, and all around great experience. I've had my nails done by each technician at some point with no complaints! I highly recommend the dip method as it keeps nails strong, lasts longer, and offers beautiful colors! Calling ahead gives you the best chance of being accommodated! Nails done by Kathy!
I hadn't visited this salon in about 5 years as they were closed on Sundays. This week, with a big trip looming, I urgently needed a pedicure and manicure. My nails were in a sorry state, and my feet were no better. They were fantastic! I was attended to by a person named Kim, who managed to fit me in on the same day within 20 minutes of my call. Both the manicure and pedicure were done with meticulous attention to detail, and she worked wonders considering my poor starting point. The highlight was the staff. They were very respectful towards customers. I was a bit apprehensive about going in with my neglected upkeep, but this turned out to be a truly non-judgmental space. I will definitely be returning, they are amazing.
