I inquired about a haircut and was told to wait for 20 minutes. I secured my spot after the wait. He hurried through the haircut like he was mowing grass, finishing in about 7 minutes. When I asked about the missing shampoo, he claimed there was no time. However, the $35 price included shampoo and blow dry. Despite this, he insisted on the full payment without prior notice of the omitted services. There was no apology as he took my money. The service I received was only worth $5. While he may be pleasant to other clients, my encounters were quite rude.
