The proprietors of this establishment exhibit deceitful behavior. My elderly mother purchased a 10-facial package at their other salon in the Bay Area for a considerable sum. However, after utilizing only two facials, the salon abruptly closed with a promise to reopen in two months. It has now been over six months with no sign of reopening, no updates on the website, and the mall space has been reoccupied. Despite assurances from Nadi at Le Caprice, there has been no follow-up. Beware of potential pressure to purchase packages, as the business may close without reimbursement.
