My regular nail technician was away, so I tried this salon based on her recommendation. The first two visits were pleasant and respectful of my appointments. However, today was a different story. Despite booking a week in advance through their online portal, I was informed upon arrival that they wanted me to reschedule for the next day. The technician I was scheduled with was unavailable, which I understand can happen. But why wasn't I notified earlier given they had all my contact details and payment information? The lack of communication and disregard for my time was extremely disappointing. This was the worst customer service I've encountered in my 21 years of nail appointments.
I went in for a gel nail soak off, but they didn't soak them off. Instead, they filed, cut, and forcefully removed them with a clipper, causing pain and nail damage. The language barrier made communication difficult, and no oil or top coat was applied. All for a steep $15. Left feeling hurt, unsatisfied, and frustrated. Won't be returning!
I always visit this salon for my nails, and they never disappoint. Consistently excellent work! The photos showcase their flawless results every time.
