I have been frequenting this establishment for a few months now, recommended by a close confidant who also frequents this nail salon regularly. The individual who tends to our nails is highly professional and pleasant - Maydi is the only individual I trust to do a superb job. I rate this place 4 stars due to Billy, the individual responsible for scheduling appointments. Billy tends to overbook, causing extended wait times. Despite confirming appointment times, he still manages to double-book, resulting in prolonged waits due to his lack of professionalism. As someone who interacts with customers daily, I believe it is crucial to value people's time and exhibit respect for it. My regular nail technician was away, so I tried this salon based on her recommendation. The first two visits were pleasant and respectful of my appointments. However, today was a different story. Despite booking a week in advance through their online portal, I was informed upon arrival that they wanted me to reschedule for the next day. The technician I was scheduled with was unavailable, which I understand can happen. But why wasn't I notified earlier given they had all my contact details and payment information? The lack of communication and disregard for my time was extremely disappointing.
