My regular nail technician was away, so I tried this salon based on her recommendation. The first two visits were pleasant and respectful of my appointments. However, today was a different story. Despite booking a week in advance through their online portal, I was informed upon arrival that they wanted me to reschedule for the next day. The technician I was scheduled with was unavailable, which I understand can happen. But why wasn't I notified earlier given they had all my contact details and payment information? The lack of communication and disregard for my time was extremely disappointing. The individual who tends to our nails is highly professional and pleasant - Maydi is the only individual I trust to do a superb job. I rate this place 4 stars due to Billy, the individual responsible for scheduling appointments. Billy tends to overbook, causing extended wait times. Despite confirming appointment times, he still manages to double-book, resulting in prolonged waits due to his lack of professionalism. As someone who interacts with customers daily, I believe it is crucial to value people's time and exhibit respect for it.
