I have been frequenting this establishment for a few months now, recommended by a close confidant who also frequents this nail salon regularly. The individual who tends to our nails is highly professional and pleasant - Maydi is the only individual I trust to do a superb job. I rate this place 4 stars due to Billy, the individual responsible for scheduling appointments. Billy tends to overbook, causing extended wait times. Despite confirming appointment times, he still manages to double-book, resulting in prolonged waits due to his lack of professionalism. As someone who interacts with customers daily, I believe it is crucial to value people's time and exhibit respect for it. It is unacceptable to wait over an hour on a Tuesday morning for an appointment scheduled weeks in advance.

Ven was incredibly kind and delivered exceptional results on my nails, even with the knowledge that I had a meeting in just one hour.
