Last year, I received a gift card for my birthday which I tried to use multiple times, but the salon couldn't accommodate me. Today, when I attempted to book a pedicure for my birthday, I was informed that my gift card had expired the day before. They refused to honor it. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated. It feels like a waste of money. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
I've been a loyal customer at this salon for over 5 years, indulging in various nail treatments like acrylics, dip, and shellac. I simply won't consider going elsewhere. The staff is incredibly welcoming, the prices are fair, and above all, the facility is impeccably clean.
I visited the salon to fix a nail and get a quick fill, but ended up spending over an hour there. Unfortunately, they completely messed up my nails - they were too short, crooked, overly pointy, and the French manicure design was uneven and thick. Despite having them remove the whole set, I was still charged $50. It was a disappointing experience, and I won't be returning. I'll give two stars because they did offer a free replacement set, but by then, I had already spent too much time there and had other commitments.
