Last year, I received a gift card for my birthday which I tried to use multiple times, but the salon couldn't accommodate me. Today, when I attempted to book a pedicure for my birthday, I was informed that my gift card had expired the day before. They refused to honor it. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated. It feels like a waste of money.
