I visited Victorian Nail & Spa after my regular nail salon messed up a gel manicure right before a trip. I managed to get an appointment right away and Alex worked so meticulously on my nails. They turned out perfectly! Another person, Taylor, was very attentive and ensured I was happy with my nails afterward. Overall, such a delightful experience and even my partner noticed how much better my nails looked! Will definitely return.
I hesitated to leave a review but it's hard to overlook the extremely negative experience my child and I had here. The staff were impolite. The quality of the gel pedicure was subpar. With all the nearby competition in this region, I'm surprised they are still operating. Subpar customer service. And if you ever suspected they were talking about you in another language, they were. They ridiculed us for changing our nail color choice and were making numerous remarks about us and our conversation while giving us dirty looks. We felt very uneasy and it unfortunately tainted our experience - there are plenty of other nail salons in the area that can offer a higher standard of customer service and work.
Adore this establishment. Incredibly clean and cozy atmosphere. The proprietor is very professional, welcoming, and accommodating especially when it comes to scheduling last-minute appointments. The nail technicians (some more than others) are highly skilled. Some will provide a gel manicure lasting 3 weeks while others may not achieve the same result. A bit costly hence the 4 stars.
