If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I've been a loyal customer here for years without any issues until yesterday. I showed my tech a design picture, as usual, and he falsely claimed he could replicate the aura nail design using makeup pallet powder instead of the correct colors. Despite my insistence that the base color should be dark pink, he argued it was red. Even if it were red, he disregarded my preference for a dark pink base.
