I visited Hair Cuttery on October 1st, 2024, at 2 p.m. and was attended by Mimi. My hair was nearly hip-length, and I left with it reaching my shoulders. I requested layers while maintaining the length and asked for a 1 1/2-inch trim. However, she cut my hair unevenly, choppy, and shorter than desired. Upon reaching home and drying my hair, I was devastated. It was painful to realize she disregarded my wishes. I sought a trim and layers but ended up with a traumatic experience. The salon visit turned into a tearful ordeal as I discovered the haphazard haircut. I sat through the session, only to notice the damage later. I returned seeking a refund and an explanation, feeling utterly helpless. The lack of care and professionalism left me questioning her motives. Despite my attempts to communicate, Mimi remained unapologetic and non-responsive. The incident left me bewildered, and I regret not heeding warnings about Hair Cuttery. I await a response from District Manager Bryce Besaw, hoping for an apology. Reflecting on the situation, I believe this was a deliberate act of disrespect. I caution others against patronizing Hair Cuttery to avoid the nightmare I endured.

I've frequented this place for numerous years. Every individual has consistently delivered excellent service and is welcoming. Recently, the stylist Mimi has excelled in handling my hair. I recently opted for a blonde look, and she managed to fit me in last minute as a walk-in, and I adore the hue. Since then, the service and ambiance have been delightful!

My offspring visited for a silk press and was delighted with the result! The process was swift, and the outcome was stunning. The tunes were lively, and the atmosphere was cozy. Krystal was amiable and did a splendid job.
