From start to finish, awful. Felt like a bother when I walked in. Tool and polish shortages, had to soak off gel unexpectedly. Spent excessive time on big toe, left mess. Called for redo, put on hold, offered Wednesday appointment. Unsatisfied, won't recommend or return. Should have fixed toe same day. Disappointing experience.
Referred to Pineapple by a friend for a facial from Nicole. Best decision ever! Not a regular facial person, but OMG, it was incredible. Nicole was sweet, professional, explained each step. Her touch was indescribable, must experience it yourself. Highly recommend booking with her, she's the best!
I visited last Saturday, won't return. Worst pedicure ever. Tech was inexperienced, polish clumpy. Girl was nice but rushed through steps, barely did anything. Cuticles not removed properly. Called salon, front desk lady didn't seem surprised or apologize. Emailed, no response. Never again!
