My initial visit here was a disaster. The individual attending to my nails cut my pinky finger so deeply that it bled, and also chipped my pointer finger nail. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction and opting out of the service, she proceeded to trim my nails further before I departed. No shaping or filing was done, leaving my nails in a worse state. I strongly advise choosing Universal Nails nearby for a better experience and nail care.
The service was prompt and exceptionally friendly! The nail technician frequently checked in to ensure I was satisfied with every aspect of the nail service, including size, shape, color, and design. The results were truly stunning. However, I must mention that my cuticles were not handled well. I experienced multiple nicks that led to bleeding and discomfort post-service. Apart from that, the overall experience was excellent, and I am delighted with the final outcome.
