After getting a gel manicure at Mets Nails, my nails started chipping within just two days. When I went back to have the gel removed, I was informed that they were not accepting any more clients for the day. I was also denied a refund. The main staff member was extremely rude, so I chose not to argue with her and left. I decided to visit Helianthus Esthetics + Nail Bar nearby, where they graciously removed my polish for free. The customer service there was exceptional, and the salon itself was much cleaner and more welcoming. Enjoyed this salon, but my favorite nail tech left. Paid $90 for a mani-pedi, but the polish barely lasted 3.5 days. The nail design didn't even make it to Christmas. After conducting an online search, I decided to give this salon a try, and I am delighted that I did. The service was swift and the individuals were kind, meticulous, patient, and attentive. Although there was a slight language barrier, it was easily overcome with the help of Google Translate. When I entered the salon, my hair was visibly damaged to the point where I was contemplating cutting it off.
