My first visit here was delightful. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will certainly return. I highly recommend this spa.
Avoid scheduling with therapist Alex Johnson. Their service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. If I could rate them lower than 1 star for the facial I had in October 2024, I definitely would. I opted out of receiving any treatment due to their lack of expertise and care. Alex lacks empathy, displays verbal aggression, and provides terrible customer service. Despite visiting numerous spas, this encounter was the most unpleasant. Do not book with Alex Johnson.
For Christmas, my spouse surprised me with a couple's massage, and we were both looking forward to it. However, upon arrival, the receptionist ignored us, engrossed in a personal chat with a patron for nearly 15 minutes. Their conversation was unrelated to business and could have been paused for attending to customers.
