I detected the scent of alcohol on the stylist's breath once my haircut had commenced. Both the stylist and the other female stylist were ridiculing an elderly man with significant memory loss as he departed. They disparagingly referred to his spouse and chuckled at his confusion. My haircut was uneven, shorter on one side and regular on the other. I had to attempt to rectify it myself. It was humiliating to witness the unkind treatment of this elderly man and his spouse, it was incredibly heartless and cruel. I urge you not to support this establishment; it's worth paying a bit more for a kinder experience.
