The staff is fantastic and the atmosphere is great! Alex did my nails and I absolutely adore them. She was incredibly kind and her passion for her work shines through. They all take their time to ensure you're comfortable. This nail salon will always be my top choice. It's a clean and wonderful place that I will definitely recommend to others.
I've been a customer here for a while, but I'm really dissatisfied with the service. Every time I walk in, I have to wait before anyone even acknowledges me. Last week, I made an appointment for 5:45 over the phone because I had somewhere to be, but when I arrived, they said it was at 6. I ended up waiting for 30 minutes past 6. The quality of my nails was disappointing; the acrylic went onto my skin, causing a cut when I removed it two days later. Additionally, the backs near my cuticles were not properly done, despite me asking for corrections. This was not a cheap service, and I believe I should receive what I paid for. While I like the people there, I won't be returning for my nail services.
Everyone at this place is amazing! It's a family-owned business and you can feel the care they put into everything. I've been coming here for a decade to get gift cards for my wife and our three adult daughters.
