They mentioned a Mother's Day special offering a $100 discount if done before the holiday. With my $50 deposit and the special, I would only need to pay an additional $50. However, I received a text today stating that the discount did not apply to my service due to a miscommunication. When I inquired about the pricing, I was informed that Kendrana sets her own prices based on the eyeliner style. This uncertainty and fluctuating pricing approach left me disappointed and distrustful. I decided to cancel both appointments and hope for a refund of my deposits. This experience has been quite disheartening, especially considering my long-standing patronage. I felt it necessary to share this for future clients to be aware of potential pricing discrepancies.

I had a very hectic month, and my back was full of knots. Alex did a fantastic job making me feel at ease, allowing me to communicate openly. Their pressure was just right and helped alleviate my back pain. They were very kind and professional. I have already booked another appointment with them!
