I have been a loyal customer of Pinkys for years, always receiving services from Creeland, who is exceptional. Last week, I called to book an appointment with Creeland for a Microblading touch-up and eyeliner. Initially, I was informed that Creeland could do the eyeliner for a model price of $50. I confirmed the appointment, but later, I was told that Creeland no longer does eyeliner and that Kendrana would do it instead. They mentioned a Mother's Day special offering a $100 discount if done before the holiday. With my $50 deposit and the special, I would only need to pay an additional $50. However, I received a text today stating that the discount did not apply to my service due to a miscommunication. When I inquired about the pricing, I was informed that Kendrana sets her own prices based on the eyeliner style. This uncertainty and fluctuating pricing approach left me disappointed and distrustful. I decided to cancel both appointments and hope for a refund of my deposits. This experience has been quite disheartening, especially considering my long-standing patronage. I felt it necessary to share this for future clients to be aware of potential pricing discrepancies.
