When I inquired about the pricing, I was informed that Kendrana sets her own prices based on the eyeliner style. This uncertainty and fluctuating pricing approach left me disappointed and distrustful. I decided to cancel both appointments and hope for a refund of my deposits. This experience has been quite disheartening, especially considering my long-standing patronage. I felt it necessary to share this for future clients to be aware of potential pricing discrepancies.
