I have been a regular customer here since March 2024, and my massage therapist, Mr. LN, is exceptional. He is professional, friendly, and consistently delivers a top-notch experience every time I visit. The location is convenient, just a short 10-minute drive from my home.
To be honest, my experience was quite disappointing. The therapist was skilled in Thai massage, but I had not booked for that specifically. There seemed to be a miscommunication between the reservation staff and the therapist assigned to me. Despite requesting focus on a specific area, it received minimal attention while the rest of the session was dedicated to Thai techniques. The strong scent of the massage oil lingered for days, even after multiple showers and changes of clothes. Additionally, taking phone calls during the session and attending to other customers interrupted the experience. It would be beneficial for them to have a dedicated receptionist to manage such tasks.
My masseuse was fantastic! The massage and stretching session left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I will definitely be returning soon!
