I've visited this place twice. Discovering it online and reading reviews led me to give it a shot.
I had a prearranged meeting and received a confirmation email. Upon arrival, I was informed that it was not scheduled. No one informed me of the cancellation, leaving me puzzled and questioning if it was a joke. I was advised that it is "better to call." If that's the case, online booking should not be an option to prevent future clients from facing the same situation. This was unprofessional, despite the establishment having "professional" in its name.
