ADORE The Retreat!! Initially signed up for one class during my Kauai visit & ended up booking two more because we enjoyed it so much! Both trainers we had were truly exceptional—especially the proprietor, Samantha! The atmosphere in the gym was fantastic, & everyone in the class was so welcoming! The facility is impeccably clean, & the music was fantastic!!! Wishing I resided in Kauai because I would attend daily! My experience with Aakara was truly enchanting. They exude kindness, healing energy, and strength. The personalized itinerary ensured my comfort, enjoyment, and inner reconnection. It's hard to put into words the depth of this experience, but I extended my stay by a day due to the progress and positive feelings...and I'm grateful I did. A perfect 10!
