I've visited this establishment numerous times. The quality of service can vary depending on the stylist, but overall, I've been satisfied with most of my haircuts. However, I do feel that the prices have become excessively high for a simple haircut.
In terms of Great Clips, they seem to be pushing for tips, which is nice, but it leads to significantly longer wait times. A 20-minute wait can easily turn into 45 minutes. Other Great Clips locations manage to provide efficient and quality cuts simultaneously.
I'm truly let down by the wait time here, as they mention "people ahead of you" who are not present. I only needed a quick neck trim, which took about 5 minutes, but I had to wait for 15 minutes outside with no one showing up. I inquired if I could be accommodated since no other customers were present. It's unclear if it's a policy at this Great Clips location to deny service when there are 2 available stylists and no other customers to attend to. If it is, it's not a customer-friendly policy.
