I am willing to pay for any service I receive. However, being charged for something I didn't ask for is incredibly frustrating! There was no consultation provided, so I assumed she understood what my son and I wanted when she said okay. She only started the consultation after cutting my son's hair. And then had the nerve to blame me for not specifying how I wanted my son's hair styled. I showed her a picture of the fade I wanted for my son and just a trim for the long hair on top because I didn't want it too short initially. I would give zero stars if that were an option.
I was kept waiting outside for 30 minutes because he didn't want to start work at 10 am. Then he stayed in his car even after arriving. If you don't want the store open that early, change the opening time. A total waste of my time.
The service here is clean, fast, and excellent. There's no other place like it. The women at Victorias are very friendly and provide top-notch service. 💯
