The quality of service has declined significantly. It seems like they are rushing to accommodate more clients, resulting in poorly done nails. My last two visits left me with uneven, lumpy, and oddly shaped nails. I will have to search for a new salon as I refuse to pay over $55 for subpar work.
I am absolutely thrilled with my visit to OP Nails! It was my first time at this salon and my first experience with dip nails. My nail technician showed great attention to detail and was exceptionally gentle, which I truly appreciated. They even double-checked the nail shape with me to ensure my satisfaction. Having a technician who genuinely cares is priceless! Thank you for the fantastic manicure. 😊
This nail salon is top-notch! I visited here on my birthday and my nail artist was Alex. They were incredibly friendly and even gave us a discount! My nails look fabulous, and when I realized I had left my bracelets behind, they made sure to return them to me promptly!
