I was quite anxious when I visited Alex as I had never had a curly hair cut before. I appreciate that Alex took the time to discuss the style I desired and kept me informed throughout the process. Even though I don't reside in Waco, I was pleased with how my hair turned out - it looked even better the next day! Thank you, Alex, and if I'm in the area again, I will definitely return!
Alex is truly a hair expert! As a curly-haired person, I've had traumatic salon experiences in the past - from bad cuts to unnecessary treatments and product pressure. But my visit to Allure today changed my perspective entirely. Alex listens attentively, doesn't push products, and educates without any pressure to purchase (though I'm really enjoying the products and will likely buy some soon!). She thoroughly explained the process, hair care tips, and I now feel more knowledgeable about my hair needs. Not only did I leave feeling fabulous, but I've found a salon and stylist I can trust wholeheartedly! I'll definitely be returning with a smile on my face!
I had an amazing time at Allure. Alex was welcoming, friendly, and informative. My disdain for my hair has always been strong.
