I received the most dreadful manicure of my life at Art Nails & Spa last night. I asked for a full acrylic set with a short coffin shape. I spent 90 minutes there, pointed out errors in shape and excessively thick application three times, then gave up. I left with terrible nails and had to rush to another salon that was still open at 7 pm to fix them before my Bridal Shower this weekend. I rate it 0 out of 10 and do not recommend it.
I had an amazing pedicure experience with Sarah while I waited for my friends to get their nails done. The place was spotless and hygienic. The massage chair was incredibly soothing. Both of my friends had acrylic sets done, and the technicians did a fantastic job. This will definitely be our preferred salon from now on.
I visited this establishment for the first time and I will not return. I requested a design on both middle fingers, but the decals the person applied were already peeling off on each finger before they finished. The decals were also off-center on both fingers. The nails with designs were thick and uneven. I was eager to try this place based on their advertised photos, but the execution did not meet my expectations.
