I had high expectations for this nail salon due to its excellent reputation and ratings. I called to inquire about their prices. They quoted $26 for powder nails topped with clear gel. I decided to make an appointment as they only accept bookings. There are only two employees at the salon, one for nails and the other for pedicures. The nail technician explained their salon policy of appointments only and cash payments. She suggested that I did not need a new set and mentioned they did not have colored powder available. Although hesitant, she offered a gel nail color similar to what I wanted. I agreed, and she proceeded to remove my existing set, trim my nails, and apply the basic powder and gel color. The process took about 2 1/2 hours, and the total cost for the fill and gel color was $40. I was disappointed with the uneven color application and some nails being cut too short. Overall, it was a pricey and unsatisfactory experience. Anna is absolutely amazing! My initial visit here and I knew she would totally nail the look I desired! This marked my first time opting for simple nails, and I'm adoring them! I am usually all about extravagance, but these are genuinely cute! Her partner who worked on my feet was incredibly attentive! Yes, this will definitely become my new go-to nail salon! The woman (I think she's the proprietor) was managing the store alone. I had called several times last week and she was fully booked. Not a problem since I live close by. She did an excellent job on my gel pedicure. Honestly, the store is a bit older and the nail polish colors seem outdated. Nevertheless, she communicated effectively and asked plenty of questions to tailor to my preferences. The pricing is reasonable. Despite being quick, the attention to detail is spot on. Give this woman a chance, as she's skilled. It's hard to find someone you can trust with your eyebrows or lips, but I have full confidence in her. I had my eyebrows done by her a year ago and they still look as perfect as day one. I received the most dreadful manicure of my life at Art Nails & Spa last night. I asked for a full acrylic set with a short coffin shape. I spent 90 minutes there, pointed out errors in shape and excessively thick application three times, then gave up. I left with terrible nails and had to rush to another salon that was still open at 7 pm to fix them before my Bridal Shower this weekend. Carly is amazing and is one of the best hairstylists I've ever had! When I tell her the color and look I want, she knows exactly what to do and executes it beautifully every time.
