I was hesitant for my wife to get her hair "trimmed", but we traveled from out of country for a birthday and I didn't bring my scissors or clippers. So I specifically told the gal, just take a little off do not go high and tight. She went beyond high and tight and even left some long hairs and some unblended spots. But worse than that she left holes all over so I had to buy scissors and try to blend and fix what I could. Now she is wearing a hat to the birthday party just to hide that mess!
Wife got her haircut here several times now and every time she hasn't had any complaints. The lady that normally cuts her hair is super nice and always does a wonderful job.
They mixed up my sibling’s hair cut and they cut it very short. I asked for it to be long enough for a certain hairdo and that wasn’t done. I was very disappointed in the service and will not be returning. I highly don’t recommend.
