Recently visited this establishment, and I must say, the level of service provided was exceptional! Hardly any grievances to speak of. The individuals working there were exceedingly pleasant, and the end result of my manicure was truly impressive! However, the session did extend to about ninety minutes, and the cost of the nails was rather steep; totaling $75. Opted for acrylics, which included an additional $5 for nail shaping, $10 for an ombré effect, and an extra $10 for gold foil embellishments. Despite the added costs, I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome!👌
My initial visit to this salon left me with mixed feelings. The staff members were cordial and courteous, but the overall experience felt somewhat hurried, with frequent handoffs between two employees. The price point of $50 seems excessive for the results, which unfortunately do not reflect the value. The final look appears as though I could have achieved it on my own.
I arrived slightly tardy for my appointment, yet they managed to accommodate me without much delay. Instead of turning me away for missing the scheduled time, they kindly offered me a bottle of water and a selection of nail polish options to peruse while I waited. The wait was minimal, and their demeanor was friendly, kind, and highly professional. The quality of their work surpasses any other salon I have frequented. I am now a loyal customer and will not be seeking services elsewhere. Heartfelt gratitude to Diamond Nails for the exceptional experience.
