Recently visited this establishment, and I must say, the level of service provided was exceptional! Hardly any grievances to speak of. The individuals working there were exceedingly pleasant, and the end result of my manicure was truly impressive! However, the session did extend to about ninety minutes, and the cost of the nails was rather steep; totaling $75. Opted for acrylics, which included an additional $5 for nail shaping, $10 for an ombré effect, and an extra $10 for gold foil embellishments. I phoned informed them I'd be 15 mins late, but arrived 20 mins later to find them gone. I had given a deposit and received nothing. Went to another salon and got what I wanted for $60 less than Delores was going to charge. Blessing in disguise.

She possesses a genuine gift for coloring and a knack for understanding exactly what suits her clients. Carolina doesn't overcharge but dedicates more time to my hair than any other hairstylist I've visited. She ensures that her clients are completely satisfied with the outcome of her work. Carolina is professional yet authentically friendly and enjoyable. We've come to regard her as a friend. Additionally, I receive compliments on my hair every time I step out.
