Despite the challenges of chemical damage to my hair, Wendy worked her magic at the salon. I have visited Wendy's before and received a fantastic layered cut, but this time required extra attention. I hope the issue in Virginia gets resolved soon, as I have been back and forth for three years now. Wendy remains exceptional even in demanding situations. 😍
