I am utterly delighted with the services provided at this establishment! The staff is truly exceptional! I enjoy making significant changes to my hair frequently, transitioning from lengthy locks to a short style, or from dark to blond hues. However, sometimes it is best to defer to a professional's expertise in determining the most flattering look. I am fortunate to have found a salon where I consistently receive valuable advice. Having tried numerous other places prior to discovering Chez Madeleine, this is the first salon where I am consistently content with both the outcome and the cost. Despite the challenges of chemical damage to my hair, Wendy worked her magic at the salon. I have visited Wendy's before and received a fantastic layered cut, but this time required extra attention. I hope the issue in Virginia gets resolved soon, as I have been back and forth for three years now.
