This nail shop has its positives and negatives. The staff is exceptionally polite and handled the filing/grinding with care. The shop is modern and spotless. However, I had to wait for over an hour, with other clients being seated before me despite being there earlier. It took a long time for them to do my nails, which weren't complex in style. They were unable to execute the design I initially requested. This spot is a real hidden treasure, I almost want to keep it hush-hush. A family-owned business run by a couple that has been thriving for decades. The pedicure chairs here have the most powerful jets compared to any nail salon I've been to.
