This nail shop has its positives and negatives. The staff is exceptionally polite and handled the filing/grinding with care. The shop is modern and spotless. However, I had to wait for over an hour, with other clients being seated before me despite being there earlier. It took a long time for them to do my nails, which weren't complex in style. They were unable to execute the design I initially requested. The cost for a full set with design on two nails came to $50.00.
The service was not up to par. Despite showing them a picture of my desired look, they barely glanced at my inspiration photo. The shape of my nails was incorrect and it just looks odd. Additionally, I paid for eyebrow waxing but there were still stray hairs left, so I ended up fixing them myself. I'll be trying a different place next time.
Consistently excellent service at the salon. They are punctual with appointments and deliver fantastic results. The spa maintains high levels of cleanliness. Lana, Calvin, Rosa, and the team are always welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended!
