Exceptional team... my colorist did an impeccable job..... The entire team was friendly and inviting....Jordan has a skill for helping individuals achieve the changes they desire but may not see themselves! And her braids for my daughter were undeniably the best ever...
Dreadful experience. The individual (Logan) on duty completely ignored us. Simply glanced at us and said "You'll have to wait until the other stylist returns." Didn't provide any information about this other stylist or when she would be back to handle 2 haircuts or if she had time to complete 2 haircuts for my spouse or son. Despite this, we waited. After 20 minutes of being blatantly disregarded and hearing the phone ring unanswered repeatedly, we opted to leave. Will not be returning.
We had Logan and Riley tonight for both of my daughter’s hair cuts. Logan is fantastic and went over what products to use in her hair and suggested sprays for her straightener. He’s very personable and takes the time to chat and inquire about your hair preferences. Extremely professional!! Riley styled my younger daughter’s hair and she did an outstanding job, consistently communicating with her to ensure the length was just right. She’s a gem. Exceptional team at this location. 5 stars! Highly recommend.
