Terrible experience. I took my child in for a haircut today. The stylist barely interacted with her, and when she did, she was impolite and rough with her hair and scalp. I wanted to leave quickly after that, only to realize at home that the haircut was choppy and very uneven. Not recommended.
If I could rate this a ZERO, I would. This spot has stylists lacking skill. My sibling visited them around 15 years back, and the trim was terrible. Recently, I decided to give them another chance, thinking they should at least know how to TRIM hair by now, nothing fancy, just a trim. Boy, was I mistaken! A complete BUTCHER JOB!!! The cut was bad enough, but when I returned to fix it, the stylist treated me terribly. How she managed to chop a short piece near my neck is beyond me! Note: I typically straighten my hair, but I couldn't this time due to the terrible cut. When I straightened it, it had a step, not a smooth curve. Utter incompetence!
Today's cut was the worst ever. If a stylist doesn't understand curly hair, they shouldn't touch it. I kept insisting on preserving the layers, but she kept cutting them off! I showed a picture of how I wanted my hair, and it's not even close.
