When this establishment first opened, I visited multiple times, but my experience was inconsistent. I requested oils to be used on my hands and feet, which seemed to bother the staff. Despite them accommodating other customers, they refused to do the same for me. The youngest daughter, who is the most skilled nail technician, was never allowed to work on my nails. It's evident that they mistreat her, as she appears hesitant to assert herself. Maya, who previously mishandled my nails, possesses a brash and rude attitude towards customers. I now frequent ROSE NAILS in Tallapoosa, despite residing in Villa Rica. I once tried Wonder Nails in Carrollton, but the experience was dreadful, much like the one in Villa Rica. Maya and her sister provide subpar service, while the daughter excels. Maya's husband exudes arrogance, and for these reasons, they will not receive my patronage again. I place great importance on businesses valuing their customers.
This is a fantastic spot. I have searched high and low for a top-notch nail salon nearby, as I am quite particular about how I like my nails done. The service here exceeded my expectations. I adored the length and style of my nails. The staff were attentive and made sure I was happy with everything they were doing. They were all very pleasant and the salon was impeccably clean.
Nina is truly exceptional, and I will definitely be returning. The prices are reasonable, although the massage chairs could use an upgrade. However, considering the prices, I don't find this to be unreasonable at all.
